Due to the nature of organic cosmetic products, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

ರಿಟರ್ನ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮರುಪಾವತಿಗಳು
ಸಾವಯವ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವರ್ಧಕ ಉತ್ಪನ್ನಗಳ ಸ್ವರೂಪದಿಂದಾಗಿ, ಆರ್ಡರ್ ತಲುಪಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ ರಿಟರ್ನ್ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬದಲಿಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ:
ಉತ್ಪನ್ನವು ಹಾನಿಗೊಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ದೋಷಪೂರಿತವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಅಥವಾ
ತಪ್ಪಾದ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ.
ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು
ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ಉತ್ಪನ್ನದ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ಫೋಟೋಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ವೀಡಿಯೊಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆಯ 48 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಮರುಪಾವತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ
ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಯ ನಂತರ, 7–10 ವ್ಯವಹಾರ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
